ADR recognises that business effectiveness, in the current conditions of accelerating technology, depends upon the personal effectiveness of the individuals as well as teams working in the Company. This effectiveness relies upon continual training and development to equip staff with the skills and knowledge they require.

 

All staff are encouraged to identify their own training and development needs with their line manager, through a robust performance management system. This gives everyone working at ADR the potential for skills development through a range of training courses.

 

ADR has recently become one of the first UK bodyshops to be awarded the British Standard Institute’s new quality kitemark. This achievement was due, in part, to its commitment to its staff’s training and development.
