We have carried out an inspection of your car, taken digital pictures of the damage and prepared an estimate of costs, which we will send to your insurance company.
Your insurance company will approve the repair method and cost before we commence work on your booking in date.
We will order any necessary parts required for the repair, however please be aware that parts delays may occur if the dealer does not have the parts in stock.
Your Customer Service Adviser will contact you prior to your booking in date to confirm that the main parts have arrived.
